NOTICE: REPORTING MALFUNCTIONING MACHINES

Dear Members,

To help improve communication in our laundry facilities, we have provided laminated "Out of Order" signs in all laundry rooms. If you encounter a washing machine or dryer that is not working, please place one of these signs on the machine to warn your fellow members. 

IMPORTANT: Please note that placing a sign on a machine does not automatically generate a repair request.

To ensure the machine is repaired as quickly as possible, you must also promptly report the malfunction to staff: 

• During regular business hours: Please report the issue to Maintenance. 

• After hours: Please report the issue to Security. 

When reporting a broken machine, please be sure to provide the following details: 

1. Your Building

2. The Laundry Room location

3. The Machine Number

4. The nature of the malfunction (e.g., won't start, no heat, leaking)

Providing this information allows staff to immediately notify our laundry service provider and arrange the necessary repairs.
