• July 20th & 21st 28th - Property Power Washing (see below). Due to the weather forecast for tomorrow, the scheduled power washing for the upper parking areas has been postponed from July 21 to July 28, 2026.

• Welcome Committee - Tours depart on the 1st Wednesday of every month at 7 PM, from the lobby of 484 Church Street. All are welcome!
